A new business needs more than a logo file. It needs a small set of consistent materials that can be used when introducing the business, sending a quote and requesting payment. Starting with those real situations helps you avoid buying assets you will not use.

Build around the first customer journey

Imagine a customer discovering your business, asking for details and placing an order. Which materials will you send? For a service business, the essentials may be a logo, business card, letterhead and invoice. A business selling through social media may also need reusable post templates and a profile cover.

Use the same business name, phone number and visual identity on each item. Check these details before design begins; correcting a phone number after printing is very different from editing a digital draft.

Choose a package by deliverables

Moiz Creator's Startup Essentials, listed at PKR 8,500 / USD 149, covers two logo concepts with one finalized design, a business card, letterhead, invoice template and colour/font sheet. It includes two consolidated revision rounds for one brand.

The Business Brand Bundle, listed at PKR 15,000 / USD 279, adds a quotation template, envelope, email signature, six social templates and a mini brand guide. The larger Complete Canva Brand Launch, listed at PKR 25,000 / USD 449, extends the scope to fifteen social templates total, two covers, a six-page company profile, an Urdu guide, a yearly Canva access component and a handover. Confirm the access component's actual terms before ordering.

These are independently set regional prices. Printing and courier are separate, and the company profile uses supplied content unless writing is added to the quote.

Prepare a brief that helps the designer

Describe your audience, the product or service you sell, and three qualities the brand should communicate. Provide the exact business name, contact details and examples of styles you like. Explain what you like about each reference—such as the typography or simplicity—rather than asking for another company's logo to be copied.

Check the handover

Ask for the agreed editable formats, print-ready exports and a short explanation of colours and typography. A logo that looks good on a screen should also work at small sizes. Invoice and quotation designs are document layouts; they do not automatically become accounting software.

Send feedback as one clear list for each revision round. A new business name or a completely new direction after approval may change the scope.
