Before work begins
An enquiry is not a confirmed order. Your written quote identifies scope, deliverables, total charges, payment arrangements, revisions and expected delivery. Confirm these details before paying.
Changes and revisions
A revision refines the agreed direction. New concepts, changed content or extra deliverables may require an updated quote. Review proofs carefully, including all names, numbers and spelling.
Content and usage
Provide content and artwork you are entitled to use. Third-party assets and fonts remain subject to their own licences. Ownership and editable-file delivery for original work should be stated in your quote.
Third-party tools
Canva access and AI integrations depend on the relevant platform and actual arrangement. Hosting, API usage and subscriptions are separate unless listed. No guaranteed search rankings, sales, job offers or application approvals are promised.
