How do I place an order?+
Choose a service, select your pricing market and open WhatsApp. Share your brief so Moiz can confirm the scope, total and delivery date before work starts.
Are editable files included?+
Each package lists its deliverables. Mention Canva templates, Word files, source artwork or other editable formats in your brief so the final quote includes what you need.
How long does delivery take?+
Delivery depends on the scope and current availability. Your quote confirms a target date. For print orders, production and courier transit are quoted separately.
Can I pay in PKR or USD?+
Pakistan and international customers have independently priced offers. Select your market to see the relevant price. Confirm the payment method and complete total with Moiz before paying.
How do revisions work?+
Individual services include one consolidated revision round unless their scope says otherwise. Startup Essentials includes two rounds; Business and Complete branding bundles include three. A new brief or additional deliverable may need a revised quote.
Do you deliver printed products?+
Share the product, quantity and destination city. Courier availability, charges and estimated transit time are confirmed before accepting your order.
Do you need my password?+
No. Never share your email password, one-time codes or API secrets through the website or an ordinary enquiry message.
Can I speak directly with Moiz?+
Yes. Use WhatsApp or email to discuss your project. Messages can be sent anytime; a personal response depends on availability.
