Digital projects
The quote confirms your deliverables, file formats and target date. Supply final content and feedback on time so the agreed schedule remains realistic. Editable formats are included only where stated.
Printed orders
Share dimensions, finish, quantity and destination city. We confirm production time and courier charges separately from transit time. Approve the exact print proof before production begins.
Courier and tracking
Destination coverage is checked before acceptance. Tracking is shared after dispatch when the selected carrier provides it. International delivery, cash on delivery and free shipping are not assumed.
If something goes wrong
Contact Moiz with the order reference and a clear description. For a damaged parcel, retain the packaging and share photos so the issue can be reviewed with the production or courier provider.
