Business Card Design: What to Send and What to Check Before Printing

A useful business card makes it easy to identify you and take the next step. The main design decisions are what to include, how to make it readable and how the final file will be printed.
Moiz Creator's current starting offer is PKR 999 / USD 10 for one double-sided business card layout. The quoted scope covers design, not a printed batch. Confirm the required formats and delivery schedule when sharing your brief.
Send the exact details
Prepare your business name, person's name and role, phone number, email, website and any address you want printed. Use your best available logo file. If you do not yet have a logo, say so: creating one is different from placing an existing logo on a card.
Choose one main contact action. If WhatsApp is how you handle enquiries, a clear number and an optional QR code can make sense. If you use a QR code, test the actual destination before approving the print proof. A code should supplement readable contact information rather than replace it.
Keep the layout focused
The front can introduce the brand while the reverse carries contact details. That is a useful starting point, not a rule. Avoid filling every available space with services, slogans and social handles. Ask whether each detail will help someone remember or contact you.
A bilingual card needs extra room. Share the final Urdu and English wording before layout begins so spacing can be considered together. Review spellings and titles carefully; the designer cannot infer the correct spelling of a person's name from a rough draft.
Confirm printer requirements
Card dimensions, bleed, safe margins and export settings should follow the selected printer's requirements. Ask the printer for its specification rather than assuming one file suits every process. A screen preview is useful for content approval, while the production file needs to suit the actual print method.
Review phone numbers digit by digit, open email and website destinations, inspect small text, and confirm that the approved proof is the version sent for printing. If you need cards for several staff members, include that quantity in the brief.
Need matching stationery?
A coordinated letterhead is listed from PKR 499 / USD 5, while the invoice-and-quotation set starts at PKR 1,500 / USD 29. A branding bundle may be more suitable if several assets are needed together.
Send your business card requirements. Include whether you need design only or a separate print-and-courier quote.
